This is a portrait I did of my grandma last year for Kam's class. She is a very sweet, and feisty woman who loves her Perry Como and Tom Selleck. I tell her that Tom Selleck's mustache is ridiculous and she tells me, "Would you rather I have Bieber fever?" I decided that I wanted to see this piece completely finished and really show her personality, so I went back to it and worked on it until I was happy! I still might add more to it later on but for now, this is the glorious Gladys!
